International Tiger Day

We join International Tiger Day and the rest of the world in celebrating #InternationalTigerDay.
Since the beginning of the 20th century, we have lost over 95% of the world’s wild tiger population and now there are less than 4,000 wild tigers left in the world today. Poaching remains the greatest, most immediate threat to the survival of wild tigers and #GlobalTigerDay, is a journey to protect them.
DID YOU KNOW? Tigers are an umbrella species; this means that when you protect their habitat, you guarantee the survival of so many other exceptional species. Where tigers thrive, it is a sign that the ecosystem is healthy.
