The steps for your visit to East Africa are quite straightforward.
We wish for you to take the burden off your shoulders and help you to plan a trip of a lifetime. However, in order to do that, you’ll have to take the first few steps.
What’s the catch? Our packages are pretty flexible owing to various tourists that hop on a plane to visit East Africa. Therefore, we’ll send the trip details once we learn what you want on the trip.
However, we’d like you to send in the required details 8 weeks prior to your visit. And agree on the final package 6 weeks prior to your trip.

What If You Change Your Mind?
Let’s talk about those unexpected cancellations.
We understand the life comes in the way sometimes. Thus, you end up sacrificing your holiday plans in order to step up to your responsibilities.
However, here is what it means for your bookings:
- Cancellations must be addressed in writing and be sent to your specific consultant.
- We request you to cancel your bookings 30 days before you travel. Doing so will guarantee that you get 50% of the cash back. (This offer is ONLY for bookings that have been fully paid).
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- You will be charged with the cancellation fees that are imposed by our collaborators. (e.g. airline, accommodations, and other service providers).
Apart from this, we are open to discussions if you wish for the trip to be postponed. However, in this case, we might charge you extra fees.
We promise to tackle your itinerary without making things complicated. All you have to do is to stick by these rules!
