▪    Lake Bunyonyi: Surrounded by lush hills, Lake Bunyonyi is a picturesque spot for wild swimming. Its calm, freshwater offers a serene and safe environment for a refreshing dip.

▪    River Nile (Jinja): As the longest river in the world, the Nile offers various spots for wild swimming in Uganda. However, exercise caution and avoid areas with strong currents or dangerous undertows. Jinja, the adventure capital, boasts some fantastic locations with gentle currents perfect for a thrilling swim.

▪    Sipi Falls: Nestled in the eastern part of Uganda, Sipi Falls features stunning cascades and natural plunge pools that beckon swimmers to take the plunge. Choose safe spots away from powerful waterflows.
